1. Acceptance & Engagement Framework

Welcome to Hirelly International Private Limited ("Hirelly", "Portal", "We"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our executive search portal, mandate submission forms, board advisory services, and candidate representation channels. By engaging our advisory services or submitting mandate inquiries, you agree to adhere to these Terms.

Executive Retained Search SLA: All enterprise search mandates initiated through Hirelly adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, dedicated practice lead assignment, and a 14-day candidate shortlist delivery commitment.

2. Client Mandate Responsibilities & Representation

Enterprises and board advisory clients submitting search mandates warrant that:

Mandate specifications, compensation ranges, and organizational requirements provided are accurate and authorized by senior leadership.
Candidate interviews and evaluation feedback will be conducted with professional discretion and non-discrimination.
Exclusive retained or container search arrangements will be governed by signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) executed with Hirelly practice partners.

3. Executive Candidate Representation & Verification

Executive leaders participating in confidential talent placement agree to present truthful professional credentials, leadership histories, and compensation benchmarks. Hirelly reserves the right to conduct independent executive background checks and reference validations.

4. Intellectual Property & Portal Rights

All brand assets, custom SVG insignias, proprietary search frameworks, assessment methodologies, software design, and digital content published on Hirelly.in remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hirelly International Private Limited. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or automated extraction is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Governance

Information exchanged between clients, candidates, and Hirelly advisors during search execution remains strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose proprietary search details, unannounced executive transitions, or candidate identities without prior written approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hirelly provides advisory search services with industry-leading diligence. While we commit to delivering top-tier candidates, final hiring decisions, employment terms, and operational performance remain the sole responsibility of the engaging enterprise.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and international arbitration standards. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Gurgaon / New Delhi courts or designated international arbitration centers.
